ArmCushies are made out of soft, cushiony, cotton, quilted fabric and foam rubber. They are sold in pairs and each CUSHIE comes with 3 pairs of ribbons used to fasten it to any type of armrest. They come in black with black grosgrain, securely-attached ribbons to match most office chair and wheel chair arm rests. The black also covers soiling that comes with normal use. They are reversible for additional wear. The ends of the ribbons are especially treated to eliminate fraying. Each CUSHIE is approx. 6 inches wide by 9 inches long (not counting the ribbons).

Here's how to fasten them to an office chair armrest
or any other chair armrest:
Your two cushies come fastened together in bows. Undo the bows and place each cushie on an arm rest. Install the cushies by using the 3 sets of ribbons to fasten around the arm rests tightly with similar bows. We recommend that you fasten the initial knot tight against a hard part/corner of the arm rest, so that the bow can then be completed securely/tightly. You can then rotate the cushie as needed.
See pictures below.
The cushies are reversible, in case of soiling.
Some hints to prevent the straps from loosening:
Place the cushie on top of the armrest before fastening and then rotate so that you can fasten/tighten the bows (similar to how they were tied when shipped) against a hard part of the arm rest; usually the side. This allows you to better fasten the bows and tighten them. Fasten the middle one first. After doing the 3, then rotate the cushies to its proper place on the top of the armrest. You can tighten them a bit hard--I triple stitch them so this can be done. Also, most armrests are supported by some kind of pedestal. Sometimes those are in the center of the armrest. If that is the case with yours, weave one of the center straps around or through this post to prevent movement, which may loosen the straps. If the armrest is supported on each end, you can do the same for each end for more stability
